Topic: A Week Late...Mutual Matches | |
---|---|
So here I am...a week late in introducing myself to the community. Maybe that's my problem. I should've done this right away. Already in a week I've met some pretty cool people. Some are local, some aren't, and that's fine. Who says the love of your life has to live 10 miles away? I do want to address something though...this mutual match business; I don't get it. There are some guys on there, and my email says they want to meet me, but how do I know? If they want to meet me then why aren't they saying anything? I know I could, but I'm so afraid of the "R" word and besides, I'm the girl! Shouldn't they make the first move e.g. email? I don't know, maybe I'm too old-fashioned in that respect...who knows. So anyhow, I'm Tatum from San Antonio, TX...you like me, let me know...you want to get to know me, let me know...you just want to tell me that I'm drop dead gorgeous, take your lies elsewhere! ha ha

Hello Tatum and Welcome to Mingle2

I agree - mutual match seems to be for those that are a bit shy. Plus, it brings up some you may not get the chance to see. It is a personal preference as to whether you speak first or wait for him. But I find alot of people are shy. If you meet the love of your life, it probably won't matter who spoke first...
But, this is jmo. |
