Apparently (according to my now former employer)this site is not only not work related ( no argument there), but also immoral and indecent.

uh oh Thomas......not good.........not good at all Yeah apparently some customer saw one of the dominatrix pics and told the managers that I was looking at porn. Um no! There is only one reason I look at porn, and besides the fact that I would never do that at work I ma not an exhibitionist. I've been looking for another job anyway. I am debating about something, I know some thing that would take down my boss. Do you think I would be in the wrong to not go down alone? I have an email waiting to be sent to his bosses, I just need to decide if I should send it.

My argument is that it wasn't immoral or indecent.It obviously was not work related, so I could accept a write up or something like that, but the employee relations woman said it was indecent, because when they searched my computer they found the pages with pics posted in my cache.

I know they knowingly download and use pirated software on company equipment.
