I dont like to unwind...I like to turn it up. Some nice loud music and a few rounds in the ring works for me.

Usually I go for a walk at the beach. If it's winter I usually read and imagine I am at the beach. Sometimes if I am really stressed cleaning my house does the trick. On a Friday night a glass of wine works well especially when shared with friends.
