Just to offer one straight answer: I'd say a just slightly tight blouse and a longish skirt that hugs your hips a bit. Go light on the makeup, heavy on the hair-styling. Wear whatever color looks good on you. Avoid going heavy on the pink. Of course, that's just my observation from this sort of event. Dark colors and tight business-wear seem to status quo. Of cours, as always, being yourself will count for the most.
