this is going to sound a little strange but my two super picky eaters clean their plate every time I fix it.
1-pack of ramen per person *-throw away flavor packet, almost worse than poison. 1-lb of hamburger meat for every 2-3 packs personal preference on spices, I use lemon pepper, garlic and a little oregano boil the noodles as you normally would, brown the meat draining off excess grease, add spices to both and combine in large pot(usually the one the ramen was made in) and mix them together. Put mixture on stove at low heat for 5-10 minutes to allow flavors to meld. serve with a side veggie and your done. |
