Conoco Phillips is doing so much to support my baby. They invited family and friends to witness them raising a flag in his honor, in support of his going to Iraq. They made it a ceromony and they take care of him and his family. I am very pleased he is employed by them.

I only wish that all employers treated the deployed as well.

I heard from jay today; he called and told me he had landed in California (he won't tell me when he boards...only when he lands, he knows it makes me sick). He will be there for three weeks and home for two days (so far anyway) he says when you want common sense, don't turn to the military."another words, it could change".

He is going (so far)he says "what it is today, may be different tomorrow" anyway...he is going to southern Bagdad. He will be in Kuwait for two weeks and then on to where he will be stationed. Possibly home in December.

I pray all the time for his safe return from "over there".

For all who leave us, their families and friends to be in that rotton place...come home safe and to a happy homecoming.
