Younger gentlemen find older women more attractive for a multitude of reasons but for me, I personally think that mature women are more desirable simply because they don't f*** around. After a while, they come to know exactly what they want for themselves, they never play games, (besides, they've already mastered whatever game you're trying to play, so don't bother wasting your time) and above all else, they're open and straight forward.
