I was a high school athlete in Texas in the 1970s (football) and back then there was no fun involved. It was a chore in 100+ degree weather getting your soul crushed by some sociopath coach that crushed any and all enthusiasm and joy. It was taken way, way, way too seriously...and my team sucked. I can only imagine how much hell it was at schools that had legitimate title hopes.

I hate having the pressure from my dad but I guess it's a good thing...I hate loosing and there is no other option then to win.

:smile: i am sorry for the pain you must feel caused by your Dad putting pressure on you i thank "God" my Dad was never like that take care of yourself and don't feel the need to live up to HIS expectations be seeing you

Well I mean it really sucked...like football wasn't even fun anymore just because of the expectations but I guess it turned out for the best cuz I have an oppertunity to play on.
