What does trust mean to you? Do you trust someone completely? Or do you trust them to follow their patterns of behavior?
It seems that we long to throw not only our hearts but our trust. We expect this person to be trustworthy in the way we would wish a parent to be. Is this realistic? If you have observed their patterns over time, then you will have a fair idea of how they will react to things or what you can trust them with. Is there anyone you can trust with all things, to put our interests above their own? |
