I'll probably make homemade fish and chips with vinegar. Maybe have a drink but I don't know. That's been my new tradition for the past few years. If I want to go wild and crazy, I could go out with my Aunt Patti bar hopping, but that old irish gal is too wild for me!

It's a Tuesday and this single mommy will probably try to make some green foods for the kiddo to enjoy and call it a night. I can't (or shouldn't) party since it's a weeknight and I'll have to work the next day.

my daughter is 1/2 irish, we usually decorate the house with shamrocks and leprecauns and make corned beef and cabbage and listen to the radio instead of watching tv that night. maybe a board game she is still very young, but we try to do a little something.

I am going to celebrate the British invasion and 800 year occupation of Ireland by pouring ten pints of Guinness straight down the toilet (to save on the hangover).
