Well, you know, I believe in good customer service but there are those people that no matter what you do will never be happy. It should apply to them as well

Isn't there some kind of legal clause that it is not illegal to beat sense into coworkers.......... Don't know for sure. But in my state it is legal to swear at them if it helps! wow I didn't realize that it was illegal to swear at coworkers. Thank you for teaching me my something new for today.

Her basement flooded and she says she has to be the one to clean it up, even though my stepdad told her to go. I think she should turn it into her insurance company, and leave them do the job. Isn't that why you have insurance in times like that?

They don't even live in a flood area. I think it occurred because of the huge amounts of snow which are now melting.

it really dont matter,,,, flood insurance is needed for that kinda damage i belive.

(((((CAREBEAR))))))) She won't even try to ask her insurance company. My point is there is no harm in asking. Plus she is not physcially up to doing the type of work needed to clean that up. Hmmmmmmmm I have red flags going up big time in email from a man who used to live in the USA and now lives in West Africa. I wonder if it is possible that he may be a scammer.
