I just had an interesting thing happen......I read on my homepage that because of the economy, you can negotiate a lower rental price if your lease comes up for re-newal. Well, I put that concept to use today.....I have negotiated my renting price down by almost a $100.00........ 
I could sell candy to a diabetic!
