possible, I hate it when my sinus act up because it does make my throat hurt and upsets my stomach

lol well if it makes you feel better my ex's family do some sort of sinus "flush" snorting salt water to help....I never could do it the idea alone grossed me out too much

It's ok.. I do have 1 a day... When I leave work I'm a bundle of stress and wow does it make me feel good...
