I’ve been driven mad by forces incapable of kind thought.
It reverses all the good in me that mom & dad taught.
Have little or no need for unruly, shady or morose individuals.
I eat organic, live the truth and stand by fairly structured principles.
Sunshine in my heart is overcome by your cloudy role.
I drink from a glass filled with life as you pour bitter soup in to a bowel.
Have no grasp on collective reasoning as your highway seems to be the only choice.
Save time for reflective thought and be consciously respectful when hearing another’s voice.
Save the frowns and heavy sighs also the rolling of your eyes, signs of weakness are all the above.
Window dressing emotions when there true essence is much more precocious, once we share our gifts of love.
Drink from a glass filled with hope and watch as your knock on desires door will be answered.
Sink into the poignant abyss awaiting us all with earnest and ‘no’ will always be the last sound heard.
Do the minutes count less than the hours spent on worrying?
Will you really get there faster risking peril by hurrying?
How well must we know someone before giving away the key that unlocks our hearts?
Should it take a long time for them to earn it or should we give it up right from the start?
A graceful approach toward the girl of my dreams can’t always happen as scripted.
Even the luckiest in love have felt the pain of heartbreak and had their pride psychologically sifted.
Set the dismal array of the everyday obscurity aside and nurture the good hours that pass.
Take the wheel away from those bad drivers who break your hearts policy and always travel too fast.
