negativity and a substance abuse problem- why i don't miss it? well guess thats self explanatory

I don't miss any of them. I like the fact that no one hits me or pulls out my chest hair on a regular basis, that the toilet doesn't get backed up once a month, no one shuts my alarm clock off before i wake up, I buy my pants in a comfortable size, not two sizes too small hoping I will lose some weight, I don't find myself eating rice and bok choy three months in a row, while others are eating pizza, that I can watch what i want on the telly and three hours of taped soap operas, that I don't have to lend her friends and family money, that I don't have to comfort the kids after she would hit them (this actually tears my heart out).... sorry I started venting.
