Your brother is doing the work for you? Yea he is a contractor. He and my dad built my last house. It was supposed to be my dream house. Well at least it was for 15 yrs. Wow you are lucky.That way tou know you won't get screwed over. Hard to know who to trust anymore when your hiring.

did you ever hear what was the problem with your Daughters car Betty? No but its fixed.The mechanic told her his computer was down and he would mail her the bill.She didn't ask him what he did. I would have but she dudn't.

I know what you are saying Carol I never expected to be a widow at 52 ,cause my husband always seemed so healthy. But maybe its a good thing we don't know whats in store for us.
