I really like french vanilla ice cream with a topping of habenero chunky salsa. Good stuff! Nice contrast for the buds. And no, I don't do 420 anymore...LOL...

I make it lower in fat than some recipes.... but I'd like to actually eat it and I can't tell the difference. As long as you keep the butter...

loaf challah bread (10 ounces)
1 container egg beaters (8 eggs)
1 cup 2% milk
1 tablespoon vanilla (real)
3/4 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cinnamin
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup candied pecans
real maple syrup

melt butter and mix with brown sugar, coat bottom of baking dish, square or rectangular. Sprinkle spices on top.
Slice challah bread in half, then in 1.5 inch slices, layer on top of brown sugar/spices.
Pour in egg beaters mixed with vanilla.
Sprinkle pecans on top.
Let sit 3-12 hours in fridge, bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.

I serve this with maple sausage ahd real maple syrup. It is heavenly. Any time of the day....and I thank the Jewish folk for this delicious bread....
