Do you walk out on people or do you fight if something is wrong trying to resolve a dispute?
Or do you wait a long time before getting to the core of the problem? |

Fight to the death. Never walk away.

I prefer to calmly communicate to resolve an issue. Walking away is ignoring the issue and not dealing with it, fighting is a defense mechanism and angry behavior which is really only a cover up for other emotions. I most often want to sit down and talk it out calmly.

It completely depends on the situation at hand. If I feel threatened or see a red flag, I bolt and don't turn back. If it is someone that I know I should fight for, I never ever give up. I will fight until I have nothing left to give.

It takes two to resolve . Having just experienced this with someone. ( she walked instead of talk)...which may of been the right answer.

I fight for what I truly believe in. If something is bothering you you should definetely bring it up.

What would you do if the person doesn't want to talk at the moment. In other words you have to wait a couple hours before that person is ready to talk about it?
Would you wait or would you continue to try to resolve the problem at the moment even if that person doesn't want to at that moment? |

Give them time. Respecting someones boundaries is very important.
