Its harder when you hang around a bunch of smokers too Yes, I probably wouldn't have been able to quit if I had friends who were smokers. My friends nagged me constantly to quit. Which actually didn't help me quit...it just pissed me off. I quit because I wanted to.

well im probably going to have a few tomarrow but im going to try to resist I started by cutting down. I would lay out how many cigarettes I could have that day and then ration myself.

most of my friends are smokers as well but i want to quit so i can save up some cash there are other things i want to do
