By all means turn them in... I had a registered sex offender living next door. And there were kids 10 and under living here at the time. I made his life a living hell. Saw him talking to one of the kids. Thats was enough for me. That was a few years ago.. no kids now and no sex offender either his whereabouts is "UNKNOWN"
