For those that drink coffee, what one do you drink?

For me it is regular all the way. Decaf is NOT coffee in my eyes, it is an imposture. I mean how can it really be that much better for you? They have to add chemicals to take out the caffeine, and even then it is not %100 decafinated, you can not get out all the caffeine as much as companies would like to have you think that you can.

i found this...

A Cup a Day May Keep the Doctor Away

For those who are excited about coffee as a source of antioxidants, Vinson recommends drinking one cup of joe a day.

"It's the optimum I see that has a benefit for the heart," he said.

He also offered some advice for coffee drinkers.

"Spread your coffee drinking throughout the day," he said.

"Caffeine raises your blood pressure, so if you are going to drink a lot of coffee, choose decaf," he added.

Decaf has the same antioxidant benefits as regular coffee.

Yeah, I have - and I know what you mean.

I'm half-Italian, and I've had my share of espresso, as well. Jury's still out on that one.......sometimes, it just makes me nervous.....

I switched to decaf about 3 years ago. Honestly, the decaf is just as much an eye-opener for me now as regular coffee. For me, it's more about the taste, not the kick.

I've been drinking decaf for the last 3 months. Doesn't bother me. Maybe it's a mind thing?
