Agreed! I can't stand guys that convince themselves that you're 'the one' within a week or so. The men probably experience it too.

I don't think there really is a set time frame. I just depends on the people involved.

Example - My best friend met her hubby one goofy night, was married just over 2 months later, and have been happily married now for over 17 years.

And I also know of people that have been dating for a year or so and still are going slow and easy with things.

I tend to be and overly cautious with relationships but sometimes you just know all the way down to your soul when you meet love. I danced twice with my late husband and he told his best friend that he had met the woman he would married after years of being a confirmed bachelor.
