Topic: Online Dating Vs Offline Dating? | |

I like meeting people online because you can safely get a better feel for a person. I also agree that you are best to meet them sooner than later, this is the only way to truly see a person for their true colors. I take it that you havn't actually met anyone from online for a date. You cannot see a persons true colors online. You may get a feel for them but when it comes to life and how people live, act and react..this ain't it. Everyone sounds great here but I've done a little dating with ladies that I met from a site...not this one. Talked to one for over 8 months. It isnt all it's cut out to be. |

Which one would you say is more beneficial to you? I like the mind-meld that occurs after the first few months of dating online, but you had also better meet them in person too in a set amount of time or things will go awry. I think on line dating opened up so many more possiblities since I was doing so much traveling there for about 2 years I was able to meet and date many that I would never have had the pleasure of meeting. Off line is great during tourist season. |

It all depends on the person. I've met people who were exactly like they were online and people who were completely different. |

I'm just here for the community, and to take your moneys. |

I think online dating is easier then offline. I am able to meet more people online. And, that's the biggest advantage. The dating pool gets bigger. And immeasurably farther away. |

Both ...either way it can be a dream come true or a complete nightmare.

it means unable to measure Yes. I'm familiar with the word. But is distance on Earth really immeasurable? Or the United States for that matter? |

I have this map, and everything farther away than that on it is all dark and has pictures of pigs with horns, and warnings: "Here Be The Pigs With Horns." |

I think it's way easier to meet online and date offline.

Just none I'd want to meet. |

Dating off line has been better for me.
Dating online means siting at home in front of my computer rather than getting out there and enjoying myself in the real world; which is what I really need right now. |

dating is dating
online offline are just forms of tools to use if you fixate on one over the other then you limit the relationship and it will prolly fail |
