but when I was single I used to get email from people making 1st time contact that were asking some pretty personal questions, kinda weird I thought. So what do you do when someone comes on too strong in an email? I ignore the question and answer what I feel the most comfortable with if they persist I tell them Sorry I don't know you that well. I think somewhere down the line on the internet some people have lost the little thing called Tact. |

I had this happen a long time ago and my response was not real, ummm. Well anyhow. Here is what I did.
I started talking about tampons, being real specific. Saying the brand I preferred, how I inserted them, etc etc etc. The guy said, wow, that's a bit personal, isn't it? I said well sure it is. It's very personal. Right about the same level as the questions you are asking, but I'm not going to answer those... ![]() The mails stopped... wonder why? May I gave him toxic shock syndrome.... ![]() |
