I live right outside of Houston right now, I would LOVE to go back to Austin, but assuming you are talking about farther than 3 hrs. I would have to go with somewhere in Colorado, on a mountain with a fabulous view!

I'm not big on hot places, but I would still go to Florida. There's this HOTTIE there I know. Could totally be worth it!

Anywhere, where the temperature is mostly the same all year, about 70F and there is no humidity.

Maine. I lived there for a couple of years. It's a different way of life. There's a lot to do and it's a beautiful state.

Where you live now...Where else in the us would you like to live...Why?

I am open to relocating it would have to be somewhere pretty special I love my little town. It is beautiful the weather isn't that extreme. It is small yet very quaint. So I am not sure. I have traveled pretty extensive and well I think it would be back to OR if I did have to pick just one place. I love the mountians and the ocean so much.

Southern California or the east coast of Florida. I need to live near the ocean, and if I'm going to move it may as well be someplace warmer.

Some place where it is warm, and they've never had a drop of snow.

Course, knowing my luck, the first winter of living there, there end up being a freak blizzard! frustrated

South Carolina...I love the history and the weather. I don't care for the hurricanes...but I can deal...went to the Isle of Palms one year for Spring break and loved it. Charelston was the best with all of the rich culture and the stuff they have downtown was fantastic. My kids who were young at the time even loved it.

I've got a parcel of land JUST like you describe...plan to build on it in the next 3-5 years. Lived in CO as a teen/young adult and it's still got a visceral hold on me.

Oh yeah... there are several names for that place!

The first I can think of is Utopia.... and the second was coined by WalGreens I believe, and it's called Perfect....laugh
