Folks down here always say this, but don't continue??
"Well I tell you what." so I look waiting for him to tell me something and nothing so I ask "What are you going to tell me?" and the reply is "nothing" "Well I tell you what." I never figured that out as a foreigner of this country?? so I assume this is a figure of expression without any elaboration? So are there anymore figure of expressions I should know? |
