How do I post a pic in my reply on a community board?

in your post you need to open the picture's link with " [ img ] and after the link you need to close it with [ /img ] without the inserted spaces. the result is: click quote to see the text i used.

thank you. is there a way to post a pic from my own files instead of from the web? Hi, Linda. It's not possible to do that, I'm afraid. A photo has to be on the web for it to work here. You can upload the photo to your profile (looks like you have room) and then post it, though.

testing! Charles, it worked for me from my pictures folder! I just loaded it onto my photobucket account and transferred it to here.

downhomechik, I'm afraid that the file you used above is not a valid photo URL. It has to have .gif, .jpg, or .bmp at the end of it. [img]http://www.flickr.com/photos/matilde/344210800/ [/img] Also, you need to get rid of the spaces, which I have marked above with *s Poetrywriter, after you have uploaded your photo to photobucket, it is on the web.
