And be sure to keep track so you can tell your doctor.

Sugar free hard candies are really good, believe it or not. And way cheaper than ciggies... will help you cut down on smoking.

So heres the world of "Zoloft".

No smoking, no drinking, lack of sexual desiretears, weight gainscared , and depending on another drug.

This doesnt sound like what I want or need.

Im thinking I just need to go this alone, and tough it out.

You also may not have those symptoms. Everybody's body reacts differently.

This point alone is why I rarely say what doesn't work for me. I know lithium and trileptal works (mood stabilizers), anti-depressants and anti-psychotics don't,especially by themselves. In particular, if the medication manipulates in any way the dopamine receptors of the brain, I assume it's bad for me, but that's for this bipolar brain. Potential side-effects are just that, though, and it is all too easy to feed anxiety over things that just wont happen for a given patient.

I have the luxury of being able to function without medications entirely, but that too has its share of consequences. I keep a supply of lithium on hand as a just in case measure, and they've been collecting dust for well over a year. Recovering from long term meth use is significantly more challenging in my opinion than anything I have gone through. Whatever Roberta decides, I have to respect, simply because she's doing what's right for her, and because she's being honest and open about her situation.

<=- This brain is drawn towards bipolars and meth users alike, probably because on a mental level, we're pretty much the same. I don't need the drug to get there from here.

This is the only place I share this with.

I know its worldwide, but thats o.k. because I have "no shame in my game".

Also...

I share, because I feel cared for here.
