Life To The Madness Inside

In the dark
An expanse of neverending time
A day speeds forward
As a minute has barely traveled by.

Caught up in the sea of madness
Within one's self
There's no call for pity
As one feels so dusty
Forgotten, upon the shelf.

A favorite book
Whose memory remains
Stained upon
The heart of the reader.

Lonely gives in
To a depression of sorts
As busy lives hustle by.

As a lone figure sits
In a crowded place,
A shadow remains
Whom wears no face.

Their meaning seen
To many are hid,
Found with heart
Searched deep within.

The passion stirs
Where lonliness dwells
While words spring up
As happiness hails,
The return of a soul
Searching deep within.

A rapture of sorts
Caught within a mind
And seen like sunshine
within the heart
Of a writer.

It's they who bear
The soul they share
And the passions touched
Within their soul
Through the words
They choose to portray.

Not mindless clutter
Nor bantered utters
They give life
To what's inside.
