Yup, I'm sure he has a lot of feelings there and things he may feel the need to get off his chest. The dad's in custody, he can't go anywhere, he'll be forced to listen. Might be the best thing for your boy in the long run.

If it's not, they'll let you know, it's not like they're gonna arrest your son for saying something. If he hauls off and decks him, that might be another story but even then, it's doubtful they'd do much but separate them.
