I would have the Publishers Clearing House van pull up outside of the woman's house followed by 25 vans full of roses. The woman would get all excited thinking she just won the Grand Prize until the guy in the Clearing House van would tell her that she has not won any money and that he was just asking for directions on how to get to the winners house. Feeling sort of dejected, the woman suddenly sees the drivers of the vans of roses has spelled out a message on her front lawn that says "Will You Marry Me?"

I would hire a plane to fly the woman over a sandy beach of a tropical island where she would look down and see her name and "Will You Marry Me?" written on the beach!
