Well, I tossed a dog treat into the open window... The dog thought I was great! The handler, well, she wasn't so happy. You might say.
And, no, charges were not filed.embarassed

Making a stranger smile or laugh. Just NEVER do that to a cop at a stoplight! Can be rather embarassing.oops
Have you ever revved your engine at a cop (at a stoplight)?
