~A Bearific Wedding~
While the sun lifts over the horizon I shall carefully plan my long trip Pouncing to-wards the deep blue lake I'm so excited for each morning dip My splashing has stirred up the fish There just as happy as trout can be A couple of pokes at the otters dam She loves to wave her big tail at me Oh! the feeling of a nice clean pelt So I'm soft with this glorious sheen With confidence I look my beary best I do not want to make a guest scream While I pounce along the deep forest The lovely birds singing tunes for me I think ahead of there blessed union I am just content as a bruin can be Now I'm peeking out from the woodline My butt sways with the chime of bells I'm rubbing away at my moistened eyes Though I can hide this weakness well Susan and David are such gentle souls Holding deep love within their hearts I'm now asking you God to bless them Guide them both so they'll never part Hunkered down behind a colorful tent Suddenly I hear this piercing scream Oh! hush now I am on the guest list Have some cake topped with ice cream Two vows have been happily exchanged Now the guests begin to merrily clap I frolick among-st the pretty flowers Feeling safe for there are no traps;) Asking you Lord to bless their union For I know you shall hear my prayers For my faith & love for you is strong Even though I am merely just a bear;) Written by CyPoet aka Cybear 3/15/09 Susan and David forever
