On something that happened last night... Tell me if I'm overreacting...
I've been seeing this guy for a couple of months.. He asked me to dinner at the beginning of the week for last night. I said sure... Ends up he didn't make reservations, he never does, never knows where to go and always asks me once I get in the car. Anyway, I got annoyed b/c he didn't make reservations and you know on V day it'll take hours to get seated... Soooooooo I told him I was annoyed and would rather not go out and we'd talk in a couple of days. Apparently he bought me 2 dzn roses.. Instead of sending them home through my sisters boyfriend, the guys all go to a strip club and he hands them out to the strippers.. Now I'm really pissed!!! He thinks I shouldn't be and he has reason to be mad at me b/c he had to hang out with the guys on V day... What do you think? |

The dude's a d-bag and should be dropped on his ass. If he asked you to dinner (particularly at a place that requires reservations), he should make the effort to go through with ALL of it, reservations and all. To do otherwise is simply low-rent. I don't get what his deal was with the roses, either. Like you said, he coulda left them with someone in your family or someone he knows who could get them to you. Handing them off to strippers at a strip club is just wrong. Bottom line- be screwed the pooch in a major way. Dump him and find someone with a higher IQ. |

Thanks Chevy.. I feel a little better, some of my friends have told me I overreacted... I could have gotten over the dinner screw up, that's not a big deal... But the roses to the strippers REALLY ticked me off!

Thanks Moof... My sister said he told her boyfriend that he was pissed and that's what he said in a text to me... I just don't think he has a right to be pissed.. He's selfish.. His night was ruined? hah what about my night? I know I could have just gone and taken our chances at getting seated in less than an hour or few but I was so annoyed I didn't even want to see him... It would have been saying "your being inconsiderate is ok"...
