My ears stick out too far

My nose is a wee bit flattened out due to a number of fights I've had when I was younger. In fact, it's almost got a W.C. Fields-like quality to it. While it may or may not be something the ladies would enjoy, I'd personally like to narrow it down just a smidgen so that I look at least somewhat normal.

The end of my nose is slanted to the left a bit. Most times it's not exceptionally noticeable, but it makes close-up pics difficult.
