Anyone have any old-fashion, fail-safe flu remedies????

Its a bit late now but you can get a flu jab to prevent it in the first place(at least you can get this in the UK).

The flu is a virus so it has to run its course. Zycam is supposed to lessen the symptoms and there are other flu treatments perscribed by your physician but you have to catch it early.
I've never had the flu so can't tell you first hand. |

There is an otc med called occissillium (sp) that comes in vials. They are supersweet little balls and you put them under your tongue. Half of my family has had the flu this week and we have been taking it. I have to admit that the symptoms have not been as bad this year. I think it is a homeopathic otc.
