I have twins, but because of one's disabilities they never got to have that special "twin bond". I think it would be a special thing indeed to have a bond like that. My younger sisters are twins, and mentally they are identical, physically they've grown apart from one another. |

I am a twin...Growing up, everyone thought it was sooooo cute...it was a pain in the behind!
We are fraternal, we look so different, I sometimes wondered if we were even sisters. My sister is taller than me, has blond hair and blues eyes, but people STILL got us confused. Identical clothes, identical gifts...ugh! |

I have a question then, even though your and your sister are so different do you have that deep bond? No, not even the slightest and I think it was partially due to being treated as one entity and not being allowed our individuality until we reached our teen years. |
