Due, a little to my age and more about my health, I am not job market worthy.
I still needed to supplement my retirement.So, I looked around to see what I had available to start my own business.
I had cleaning supplies I used around the house. Went and got a City Permit,$50.00 and surety bonding,$50.00. Spent another $50.00 advertising for a part-time person to clean houses and apartments. I called all the Property Management Co.s and eventually got contracts. Was able to hire 2 housewives who only wanted a few hours a week.
Saved money, bought tools, lawn equipment and a trailer. Started doing lawn care and debris removal.
Make it a shorter story, I am now doing a Handyman Service and General Contracting.
From reading things you post and getting a feel for who you are, I can see, you won't be down for long.
