Hi Gang.I'm back again,Could someone please explain to me why my computer seen's to freeze in the middle of doing something. Sorry I'm still learned and really don't understand big words.When this happens,I cut it off and then back on but this happens twice yesterday and twice today. Thanks for any help.

Have u got any kind of spyware or anti-virus? Could be u need to run a defrag.

try defraging your computer and run your ad aware

Several things can be wrong. Run your virus clean-up. Remove cookies. Make sure you are not running to many prgrams at once. Defragment your computer. All are easy and should help the basic stuff.

O.K. Told you,I was learned,what does defrag mean? [maybe I should call my 8 year old grandson over to help me]he would get a kick out of it.laugh

go to your assecories to system tools and to your defrag. it helps clean up your files. but i guess you might know that

click start on the lower right bottom of your pc, then go toprograms, then go to accessories, and the go to system tools and go to disk defrag and click on that, you should be set then
