Oh that's easy. Leaving cabinet doors open. My kitchen always looks like that scene from the Sixth Sense. My brother has busted his head quite a few times because of it.

I would say my bluntness can annoy some and there's also the smokin thing, but in my defense most of my friends are smokers so it's usually complete strangers I annoy with that one
