Seems like the older you get the longer it takes...... agreed. It depends on how thick your walls are and how much effort you put into bringing them down. That and how much endurance he has could speed up or slow the process

I am sooo confused here..feeling things I am not use to feeling...running is what I do best..so tired of it should I stop and see... Don't run. It just hurts more in the end when you run, for both people involved. Trust me, I know
