Now, here on the other hand...I do avoid threads where I know very well that personality conflicts will arise. |

I only ever work with one other person or on my own so i dont have that problem. There used to be a guy i couldnt stand(until he got sacked ha ha!) and i was pretty blunt with him. He used to talk such bollocks and i just ignored him after a while. I work 12 hour shifts and am stuck in just one room for the whole time, so its pretty awful if you dont get on with your colleague.

I'll be so glad when I move back to 2nd shift, there's two people on 1st I try to avoid as best I can. They're just so goofy, and not the good kind of goofy.
