ok, i have to ask ... what is creamed tuna ??? basically tuna in a white sauce , butter/milk /flour/ salt an pepper topped with cheddar on toast

you learn alot by doing too ! the thing is......I can go all day without eating and then suddenly IM STARVING and then I grab the fastest thing.

you can always cook some thing up... and put it in the ice box and nuke it when you need it !
