Hi, got a request for im, but connection plugs continue to try to connect but won't.

Sometimes it takes a long time to do it.

Hi, Meg8771. I'll check out the IM program to see if the problem is on our side. *edit* It does indeed appear to never connect successfully, as you noted. We will look into the problem and fix it.
