so the two of you have never lived in close proximity to one another as would be if you had met, for instance, at church or at a bar or an ice cream social?? that's correct when we decided to meet, i flew from toronto to dallas to meet him and he drove from odessa to dallas/fort worth to pick me up from the airport. the irony of that seems to be that it probably took longer for him to get to Dallas by car from Odessa than for you by plane from Toronto. thanks for the info. I appreciate your willingness to share. you're right and i have since overcome (slightly) my utter fear of flying and have managed to get on those little puddle jumpers (my eyes still need to be closed to board) and transfer to midland international. |
