so sad, the stories i hear..the closest thing to traditional therapy for me was visiting an hypnotherapist to help me pass algebra in high school...needless to say it didn't work..however, i did manage to obtain an advanced degree with a 3.7 gpa...so sorry to hear about everyone's sad stories...admittedly, i caused a lot of grief to others undeservingly, and sometimes it haunts me in my dreams/nightmares..
