I'm watching a movie right now called 12 Angry Men. It's from 1957 and stars Peter Fonda. I've seen a good many movies from this era but never this one. It's about a jury coniening over the decision on a capital murder case where an 18 year old is accused of the premeditated murder of his father. the first vote was 11-1 in favor of a guilty verdict..
right now its 9-3 for not guilty.. It's been a really good movie so far. I looked and found it on google video for anyone who wants to check it out. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1802597261513426685 |

I've seen it in school and saw it on tv one time. It is one of the best movies made. Cleverly structured.

Just one thing......it was Henry Fonda, Peter's father, in 12 Angry Men. Peter was only 17 or so when it came out.
But yes a great movie. |

Yeah, you're right. It was Henry Fonda.. didn't even think about it..
great movie.. looks like it's been remade a couple of times. it appears to be the kind of film that was adapted from the stage, taking place in just a couple of settings, the jury room, the adjoining restroom and the court room. |
