i've never made that big of a deal out of valentine's day - whether i had a boyfriend or not.
i won't specifically not acknowledge the day and will always get my partner some gift or card showing my love and appreciation, but i find the hoopla way overdone, prices over-inflated and can't help thinking about the people who've lost their love, or don't have one, as being noticeably excluded from the day. |
