I'd eliminate the first sentence in your essay. It shows a lack of confidence which is not the tone you should set. Other than that, your profile looks fine.

Ur profile actually seems fine to me, and i think theres nothing wrong with the first sentence in ur essay, it shows u aint up urself.
I would give ya some friendly advice tho, use the forums to socialise with ppl, u will make more friends that way. And dont be worried about how ur profile looks, its ur thoughts and opinions that r noticed in forums. |

Hi, I'm new to site and trying to figure it out, so forgive if this malfunctions somehow. Some might misinterpret the "I'm no Sean Connery" phrase as apologetic or weak, but the rest seemed open, thoughtful and attractive. And I wonder if a picture of you smiling into the camera might not display your communicative, ergo appealing side better? (If I were younger or closer, I'd respond.)
