How to make them (Pizza Shop recipe)
Whole chicken breast Breadcrumbs Milk 1.Egg Double Cream Flour Seasonings Cheddar Cheese (grated) Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 1. Carefully thin the chicken out until its roughly a 1/4 inch thick 2. Mix some milk and the egg in a bowl. 3. Dip the chicken into the milk and egg mix. 4. Dip the coated chicken into the breadcrumbs and press down until the chicken is fully coated in breadcrumbs. 5. Heat fresh milk and double cream in a large pan. 6. As milk is simmering, Slowly add flour until mixture starts to thicken. 7. Once mixture is to the required consistency (you can make thick peaks) put into a bowl then put in fridge. 8. Fry the coated chicken in oil. 9. Once chicken is fully cooked, Take sauce out of fridge and coat one side of chicken. 10. Cover sauce in grated cheese (both cheeses). 11. Put under grill until cheese browns. Enjoy! |
